Hamilton's inspector of sealer of weights and measures, requests that all persons having or using weighing or measuring devices requiring testing in Hamilton contact his office.
Those requiring this town service include all individual, partnerships, associations or trust and corporations using weighing or measuring devices for the purpose of buying or selling goods, wares or merchandise, for public weighing or for hire or reward, doing business or having places of business in Hamilton.
Such businesses are notified to bring devices to the Department of Weights and Measures to be tested, adjusted, sealed or condemned by the inspector-sealer or deputy of the Department of Weights and Measures.
The testing, adjusting, sealing and condemning of Weighing and Measuring Devices will be performed January through December.
